SAAS Dedicated Hosting

SAAS customers who need dedicated server cluster setup on Amazon EC2. The service includes:

  • Software installation, cluster configuration
  • Upgrades and updates during the year
  • Regular data backup, health monitoring of the system
  • VPN setup (optional)

Recommended Use
Communities with over 1000 users should plan on using this service.

One Time Install

A typical installation requires a cluster of two or more servers to derive the necessary performance and fine tuning various infra components for optimal performance. Customer provides Super User access.
The service includes

  • Remote login and Installation of all necessary software including, the OS, DB, App Server, Search Server, Load balancer and Qontext Platform and all needed extensions
  • Implementation of Active Directory/LDAP integration and Single Sign On (SSO)
  • Transfer of administration rights to the community to the company admin for ongoing operations and maintenance

The service excludes

  • Customization and rebranding work
  • Import of user data, profiles, org units, etc.

Recommended Use
The service is available for customers choosing to use the software Installed on premises or private data center. This service is designed to help customers with the complexity of installation and setup for an on-premise deployment. It reduces the IT burden and shortens time to go live.

Remote Infrastructure Management

Customer provides necessary hardware and Super User access for continuous and on-going maintenance and upkeep of an on-premises deployment.
The service includes

  • Remote login and Installation of all necessary software including, the OS, DB, App Server, Search Server, Load balancer and Qontext Platform and all needed extensions
  • Implementation of Active Directory/LDAP integration and Single Sign On (SSO)
  • Ongoing operations and maintenance, including installation of upgrades, updates, data backup, archival, downtime management, etc.

The service excludes

  • Customization and rebranding work
  • Import of user data, profiles, org units, etc.

Recommended Use
This service is designed to help customers with limited IT staff to spare. The complexity of installation, setup, maintenance and upkeep of an on-premise deployment will be completely handled by us.

Standard Support

Forums based support and email support.

Premium Support

Premium Support comes with unlimited email, phone incidents and highest level of customer care around the clock (24×7). Priority fixes on reported issues pertaining to software will be provided.
