SugarCRM + Qontext = Sweet Contextual Collaboration

As a SugarCRM user, you spend much of your time thinking, planning, or communicating on Accounts, Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, and other modules. While doing so, you frequently need to converse, share, and involve co-workers and guests (clients or partners). With Qontext, you can do all of this right on the SugarCRM module and avoid switching over to email.

Seamless integration with SugarCRM Modules

When your SugarCRM Admin enables Qontext, you will notice that it appears seamlessly integrated as an open panel within your SugarCRM modules, like Accounts, Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, etc… This open panel is designed to appear as one of the sections inside the SugarCRM module page and is known as ‘Qontext Inset’. Qontext Inset displays real-time module-specific content and activity.

On-page access to collaboration tools

SugarCRM users can instantly collaborate with their co-workers, customers, and partners right from the module page either by selecting the required collaboration tool from the Quick Post tab or from Qontext Toolbox.

Community building and knowledge sharing through Groups

Using Qontext, SugarCRM users can now create account, opportunity, or other module-specific (private) groups. This allows users to invite co-workers to add value to the sales cycle, promote knowledge sharing, and improve sales productivity. Qontext also allows corporate users to invite non-corporate users (such as customers or partners) to be part of the group (with restricted access) so that information can easily be exchanged and also provide a unique customer experience.

Participate in company-wide discussions without leaving SugarCRM

Qontext supports single sign-on which allows SugarCRM users to access their corporate portal from the Qontext tab on SugarCRM. This allows SugarCRM users to participate in company-wide discussions, communicate with co-workers, and receive activity feeds and alerts from people, groups, and other Qontext-integrated business applications.
