User, Guest, & Group Management

• Configure user sign-up (auto approve, moderated, or controlled)
• Invite (or bulk invite) co-workers
• Activate or de-activate users
• Assign administrators and admin rights
• Configure guest invitation (users can invite but needs admin approval)
• Activate or deactivate guests and groups
• Assign moderator roles to group members

Identity Sync

• Add or update users, groups or organizational units in bulk using a .CSV file

• Share important information or news as announcements. All users can see announcements from their home page

Featured Content

Admin can:

• Feature any user or open group
• Feature items created in the corporate
• Feature items posted to profiles and groups
• Manage featured content settings (archive, delete, edit content)
• Schedule content to be featured on a specific day and time
• Configure the look and feel of the featured content in the user home page (image only, image and text, text only etc.)

Users can:

• Request Admin to feature any item or group
• View the featured content on their home pages

Analytics

• View and report adoption statistics over a period of time
• View and report user activity
• View and report the items created over a period of time as a graph
